ORDINANCE NO. 545  AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING SCOTTSBORO’S MUNICIPALGARBAGE DISPOSAL ORDINANCE

WHEREAS,  the Legislature of the State of Alabama has enacted certain

fees and costs to be assessed upon entities which own and operate landfills for the

support and maintenance of the Alabama Department of Environment Management,

and;
